Thank you for booking a Mothers Day Mini session. Below I have provided location details and outfit suggestion and a few other details!
Location
Indoor : 702 Buffalo Jones Ave. Suite B - The building has my studio and Premiere Barbershop. My studio entrance is located on the North side. When you arrive please send me a message. Myself or my assistant will let you in the door will be locked.
Outdoor: 313 N VFW Rd, Garden City, KS, United States, Kansas
This is a Family Ranch. It is located next to a residential home. The gates will be open please pull in and message me when you arrive.
When you arrive to these locations just keep in mind I may be finishing up the session before but just send me a message and I'll meet you and your family once i'm done.

What should you wear?
Choosing outfits is a very important part of your photos and I know planning what to wear can sometimes be stressful. Luckily I am here to help!
Style
Decide what type of style your family wants to go for. Do you want to be dressy or a little more casual. Think about what type of look you want to see in your photos and start there! You will be doing a lot of moving, playing, sitting and squatting with your kids so please be sure you're wearing something you would be comfortable doing so in.
BIG TIP: Make sure your "vibes" match if you're going to be casual dress your kids casual. If you're going to be super dressy avoid putting your kids in more casual clothes. This also applies if you're having dad join in on the photos.

When thinking about colors consider using 2-3 complimentary colors instead of just one color. You want to create a color palette with your outfits. If you do want to do matching outfits or exact matching colors that is also fine too, but a color pallet does photographer a little nicer.
Patterns are good, but too many patterns are really busy for the eye when looking at a group. If you do use a pattern, only use it for one or two people and make sure the patterns match. The exception on this is if you are doing matching dresses or outfits for your kids.
I do alway recommend avoiding logos and cartoon characters on children's shirts.
I usually would recommend men to avoid wearing any type of hats because of the shadow it cast on their face, but I know many men are more comfortable with wearing hats. Please just keep in mind to wear a hat that still matches the color scheme and has a discreet to no logo. Also keep in mind that I may also ask you to tip your hat up a bit if it is covering your eyes.
Indoor Studio
These setups colors are Greens, brown, white and dark green. Colors that would work with these setups include browns, creams, whites, tans, greens, pastel soft pinks or yellows and Jean outfits could also work as well.
For outfit style think spring and flowy vibes. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR COLORS LIKE HOT PINK, RED, BLUE, ORANGE, OR PURPLE

Color & Patterns
Outdoor
Outdoor setup will be at a ranch. For this i do recommend western wear.
There is lots of dirt and field we will be in so boots are highly recommended.
For this again sticking to tans, whites, blacks, browns greens and spring colors or even a
burnt orange color would be perfect.
Your mini session
Please make sure your kids are ready to go on the day of pictures. If you have kids that are still in diapers or still bottle or breastfeeding please make sure you have everything you need ready to go so we don't lose any time. Remember these sessions are only 15-20 minutes! One tip that usually works is to make sure your kids have had their naps for the day and are not just waking up when you and your family arrive so they’re ready to smile for the camera!
If you are going to wait to change them when you arrive please arrive with enough time to do so so we are not cutting into your session time.
If needed I will have candy and bubbles to grab the kids' attention! If you don’t want them to eat candy let me know!
PLEASE BE ON TIME! These sessions are scheduled back to back and any time you are late will reflect in your session.
You are also welcome to bring grandma for no additional charge. Dad is welcome to join in 2-3 photos but these are not full family sessions. Just something to keep in mind.
Please also be mindful that during the outdoor sessions there may be horses roaming about PLEASE KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE HORSES OR ANY OTHER ANIMALS UNLESS DIRECTED!
Payment & Delivery
All sessions will be delivered by an online gallery. I will send you a link where you will be able to download your images. The remaining payment has to be made right after your session via venmo (@ alisia-saucedo) cash app ($alisiasaucedo) or exact cash.
